Neglected post which should be considered part of last industrial order: the SRA is also building satellites (which take industry) and a manned space launch vessel (which does not take industry). I noted this somewhere in my old spreadsheet and apparently neglected it in my review and transfer.
EDIT: This construction is part of the 1972 orders which will conclude in 1973.

Per this post the SRA is building:

Some previous orders labeled as 1973 production have been retroactively fixed to 1972 production and should be assumed up and able; this is due to my own misreading of the rules which made me miscalculate when things would and would not be building.
