Per this post, the SRA is building a space launch complex, to be finished in 1.4 rounds.

is building a new heavy carrier, three new heavy cruisers, and three OTH radars. Other Industry uses also include replacing 3 points of tanks and 3 points of mechanized to new models, which will take 1 round to complete.

2 uranium enrichment plants, which will be complete in 2 rounds
