PM, MIN-INF, AND PARLIAMENT AGREEABLE TO THIS PROPOSAL. I DO BELIEVE THE TRAIN AND RAIL SPECIFICATIONS WERE STANDARDIZED ON GAOSU NETWORK REGARDLESS. AS FASCINATING AS YELLOW SEA TUNNEL SOUNDS, MIN-INF REQUESTS DETAILS REGARDING YALU RIVER CONNECTION; SUGGESTS PUTTING OUT FEELERS AMONG MORALE/PAC MEMBERS REGARDING EAST ASIA RAIL NETWORK.

EXECUTIVE YUAN SUGGESTS YALU RIVER CONNECTION BE ACHIEVED THROUGH PAIR OF RAIL BRIDGES ON OR NEAR CURRENT SITE OF DANDONG-SINUIJU BRIDGE, APPROPRIATING AND REFURBISHING EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE AS NEEDED.
YALU RIVER CROSSING PLAN WILL REQUIRE CONSENT OF LIAONING GOVERNMENT. SUGGEST OPENING TRIPARTITE TALKS VIA PAN-ASIAN COUNCIL ONCE KOREAN RAIL PLAN NEARING COMPLETION - WITH EYE TO USING LINK AS PROOF-OF-CONCEPT FOR GENERAL EXPANSION OF HIGH SPEED RAIL NETWORK TO OTHER PAC MEMBERS.

MIN-INF AGREEABLE TO PROPOSED RIVER CROSSING. WILL INDICATE WHEN MARSHALL LINE NORTH IS SUFFICIENTLY COMPLETE TO RAISE THE MATTER W/ LIAONING. ADDITIONAL: YELLOW SEA TUNNEL 'PROPOSAL' WAS TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERS. I BLAME YOU FOR THIS.

ATTACHED IS CONTROL YUAN'S COST ASSESSMENT OF TUNNEL PLAN. EXCERPT OF CONCLUSION FOLLOWS: "PLAN MIGHT BE FEASIBLE IF WE CONQUER AND LOOT WHOLE OF NORTH AMERICA AND USE ALL THE PLUNDER TO PAY FOR IT."
THAT SHOULD BRING YOUR BOFFINS BACK TO THEIR SENSES.

MY GOVERNMENT HAS EXPRESSED DESIRE TO COMMIT FORCES TO INTERVENTION IN BANGLADESH INDEPENDENT OF PAN-ASIAN COUNCIL. 14TH ARMY ON STANDBY IF YOUR GOVERNMENT BELIEVES COMMITMENT OF FURTHER TROOPS DESIRABLE.

BELIEVE THAT DEPLOYMENT OF 14TH ARMY TO BANGLADESH IS QUITE ADVISABLE. KOREAN ARMY INTENDS TO DEPLOY REMAINDER OF 2 KMBG TO ASSIST IN FIGHTING. AIR FORCE INTENDS TO DEPLOY 8TH AIR DIVISION; CAN ALSO PROVIDE AIR-LIFT TO CHINESE UNITS IF REQUIRED/REQUESTED.
