As of this post, the Republic of China is replacing combat losses recently incurred in concluding the Chinese Civil War.

This includes:

Rebuilding:
5 units of Armour
6 units of Artillery
5 units of Mechanised Infantry
1 unit of Motorised Infantry
5 units of Fighters

Repairing:
4 units of Mechanised Infantry
2 units of Motorised Infantry
3 units of Light Infantry
2 units of Bombers
5 units of Fighters

Reviewing my order of battle, I'm short some reserve regiments because I forgot to order more when I expanded as I had intended to. Must've gotten lost in the bureaucratic morass of the transition. Unfortunately, due to budgetary limitations, I can't afford all of what I need. Which is a longwinded way to say:

Ireland is building 1 unit of motorised infantry.
