On behalf of Sabriel due to extenuating circumstances; Victoria is building 5 new industry and reparing/rebuilding any casualties that may be sustained during this round of combat in the Rocky Mountains. This build order and rebuild/repair order will finish on April 30th as there is no April 31st to carry it over to a full IG round.
