The 5 fleet carriers are finished this year. The Fleet is made up of 5 Forrestal class aircraft carriers.

The people's republic of Iran begins building Radar domes in all her territories, and in addition, builds:
advanced military facilities in all territories (4)
2 mountain bunkers 'KHANBUNKERS' -- located somewhere in the two southern territories of Iran.
4 Uranium enrichment plants
4 VLF antennas
3 ELF antennas (I dunno what these and the former are but they're apparently being built! if unnecessary... socialism at work.)
and a massive space launch complex, to help spread socialist prosperity to the stars. (apparently I can build 2. I will begin building 2. it's probably just one big one though o.o)

6x B52 bombers
8x UH-1 Huey attack helicopters
4x Fighters (F4 Phantom IIs)
1x Halibut Class [SSGN]
and repair of the damaged CVL's.

As of this post, the Republic of China is building 5 additional units of industry and upgrading:
5 units artillery from the Type 23 Anti-aircraft Gun (40mm Bofors) to the Type 57 "Niuwa" SPAAG (ZSU-23V equivalent)

As well as rebuilding 5 units of bombers from the JH-1 "Guandao" (F-105 Thunderchief equivalent) to the JH-4 "Changdao" (F-111 Aardvark equivalent).

Per here, Korea is upgrading 4 units of Fighters to F-111 Aardvark models. Also upgrading 10 units Armoured to Leopard 1 models.

As of this post, the Republic of China is building two large-scale logistics depots in Zhejiang Province (Territory 234) as well as an OTH Radar pointed north in the same region.
