The New World Arena, sponsored by House Victoria, has opened on the outskirts of Dar es Salaam this weekend. The arena, a long-discussed project of Queen Catharine's design, encompasses an area of 26 square kilometers. The arena is filled with terrain that is designed to be swapped out quickly, along with buildings that can be erected and torn down between matches. Several artificial lakes have been dug into the playing field, as well.

The games to be played in the arena will involve various teams of players who will be armed with simulation weapons that fire plastic pellets or paper missiles. Various types of games, each with different goals, are intended to be played. House Victoria's marketing of the games includes promises of players para dropping into the arena for the games, as well as simulated naval actions.

To celebrate the arena's opening, a month of games will be held. Following this, games will be held on a regular schedule of once per month.

Per the order of Her Majesty, Queen Catharine Akinyi al Victoria, all Victorian ground units not part of the Ascendant Host, or deployed to the Taiwan Joint Administrated Zone, are to return to Victorian territory at once. The 16th and 23rd Light Divisions will remain at the United Nations Head Quarters as a defensive garrison.

Opinion-
The Socialist Republics of America continue their efforts to spread propaganda in the guise of news. We at the Daily Judgment feel it is our duty to address the falsehoods of others wherever we find them, most especially when they are used to further a militarist and imperialist agenda. The national news of the Republics are quick to slander other nations, such as our own, for our supposed violence, all while their military has been engaged in near-continuous wars of conquest since their nation emerged from quarantine. The Americans wage their seventh war of conquest and call us bloodthirsty. They look with hunger to the rest of the former United States, and beg us to send our men and women to fight and die beside them, and condemn us as savages all the same.

Make no mistake, this so-called ally will turn against us. They will use us to complete their conquest, and when at last we stand victorious on the beaches of the Pacific coast, they will turn on us. Whether they wait for our brave soldiers to return home before enacting their betrayal, or whether they turn on our Ascendant Host while it is still within their lands, I suppose that's to be seen. But with allies who condemn you, and pledge to fight against your interests, how can you expect decency in any form?

The Senate passed legislation today after being called to the Royal Towers for a surprise midnight meeting with Queen Catharine. The legislation has formalized House Victoria as the central authority for providing for the needs of Victorian citizens around the globe. House Victoria will maintain a system of schools, hospitals, and housing units available to any citizen.

In light of losses in Bangladesh, the Royal Army is placing orders for the repair of two Air Groups. The 8th Motorized Infantry Division and 101st Gun Division have both been withdrawn from the front in light of losses suffered in combat. Training on replacements for these units has begun.
