Re: Bangladeshi Civil War
Following the disaster of the government's response and growing international sentiment against the Bangladeshi government, the SRA quietly withdrew after repeated Monarchist attacks damaged the SRMC and left the Bangladeshi government to its fate.
OOC: The SRA takes the following casualties:
1 unit Armor damaged
1 unit Infantry, Mechanized damaged
1 unit Artillery damaged - double damage leads to loss
5 units Fighters damaged
All SRA units return home.

The Kingdom of India, in a joint announcement with Monarchist forces, has declared a united front and solidarity with the SocDem government to defeat and destroy the Communist government; as such, Monarchist and Indian forces will work with any SocDem aligned forces to bring peace in Bangladesh.

Re: Bangladeshi Civil War
The Associated Press reports that after several sustained months of on and off combat, the Communist government of Bangladesh has been destroyed. A united front of Socdems and monarchists now have total control of Bangladesh.
Re: Bangladeshi Civil War
Victoria makes a very gentle and polite request of the new government for extradition of the former communist leadership for trial in Victorian courts for war crimes. Victoria reminds both SocDems and Monarchist factions of the support they've received, either directly from Victoria, or from Victoria's direct allies in their ascent to victory.

Korea makes a slightly less gentle request that said-same communist leadership be turned over to the United Nations for trial, citing Victoria's past treatment of prisoners and pointing out that a UN trial would be rather more interested in justice, not merely revenge.

Re: Bangladeshi Civil War
Extradition was arranged for top civilian Communist government officials to Victoria, while military officials were mostly sent to the UN. Several prominent military officials also were handed over to Victoria.
