A Victorian diplomat was dispatched to Germany on an emergency flight and demanded to see someone in the German leadership. Whether they were met with or not, they found a way to send their message through.

The message was simple. Victoria found Germany's return to military activity unacceptable and demanded that they withdraw from all operations and disband all military forces. The urgency with which Germany needed to act was stressed.

The German president has acceded to this request, and will petition Aragon and Italy for a full-time defense force for future defensive measures.

Victoria humbly submits that Germany would benefit from requesting UNDF forces for assistance in defence. But regardless of Germany's intent to seek WEST or UN assistance, a UN monitoring group would be required to be present to ensure that no future military ambitions were pursued.
