The Government of the Republic is willing to deploy troops along the Tibetan-Indian border in a deterrent role - alongside any other Council members similarly inclined.

It is also willing to mediate between all involved parties to secure a peaceful solution which preserves Tibetan sovereignty and territorial integrity.

After conferring internally with the Military Affairs Commission, the Government of the Republic of China has made the 1st Cavalry (Kunlun) Division, and the 31st (Taierzhuang) Division, as well as RoC Special Forces Command assets available for deployment to Tibetan border regions, pending the approval of the Tibetan government.

The Republic also offers the Tibetan government a military and economic advisory mission to update its industrial infrastructure and defensive capabilities, similar to the one currently being deployed to Malaysia.

Tibet indicates it is much more interested in purchasing newer arms rather than seeking advisory missions.
