When quarantined NPNs are invaded, there is a chance for the German Flu to resurface.

In this round, the following territories have experienced an outbreak due to a breach in quarantine:

Territory 237 (China)
Territory 176 (Romania)
Territory 345 (Victoria)
Territory 346 (Victoria)
Territory 347 (Victoria)
Territory 350 (AF32/Kingdom of Tabora)
Territory 12 (NA8/New York Federation)
Territory 296 (Iran) (Already confirmed)

The breakdown of these outbreaks is as follows:

China: The outbreak has been confirmed to be relatively contained to a middle-size city.

Romania: The outbreak is confined to an isolated village previously thought clear.

Victoria: In Nairobi, the German Flu resurfaces with a vengeance, affecting the entire city and surrounding metropolitan areas.

In northwestern Victoria (Territory 346) the reported cases appear to be minor, but could grow with intensity if left unchecked.

Near the lakes of Victoria (Territory 347) the situation is more severe, consisting of refugees fleeing the resurgence of the flu in Nairobi, which inadvertently bring more disease with them.

Kingdom of Tabora: A massive case strikes the capital, with rumors claiming the King had fallen prey to the disease. The capital is in chaos.

New York: Quite unintentionally, the SRA's invasion breaks the containment in Long Island, which is where a vast majority of the infected population was under quarantine while the government attempted to figure out how to treat the population.

Iran: Mostly due to the no-fly zone and Victorian aid, the cases reported are not severe, though in the interim between the invasion and Victorian forces detecting the flu, an untold number of refugees fled the area to all corners of the nation's borders.

As of this post, Guangxi Province (territory 237) is now under quarantine. Treatment centres and disinfection protocols are in place, and a public information campaign is getting off the ground in both the infected area, and the province as a whole.

Response is being coordinated from Guangzhou by radio, and the response campaign is mostly being supplied by air.

Victoria is quarantining its infected territories. Setting up treatment/supply distribution centres. Educating the public via those centres, and through the distribution of radios tuned to special news stations. Supplies include food, medicine, and hygiene.

As of this post, Fascist Romania is attempting to quarantine the village of Pryamobalka and nearby areas in Odessa Oblast. All possible precautions have been taken, although if Democrats attack the region, the results may be disastrous.

Cases of the German Flu remain in Territory 296, but are lessening in frequency. Remember that a quarantined province disables movement through, and any military or industrial points in the territory cannot be utilized.

Outbreaks of the German Flu in AS21, ME4, SA12 and EU4 have been contained and the Flu no longer affects the territories in question.

Territory 164 (EU30, Serbia) has a confirmed active outbreak of the German Flu.
Territory 126 (EU35, Bavaria) has a confirmed active outbreak of the German Flu.
Territory 227 (AS4, Shanxi) has a confirmed active outbreak of the German Flu.
Territory 349 (AF32, Kingdom of Tabora) has a confirmed active outbreak of the German Flu.

Territory 164's outbreak has been contained by Serbia and no longer affects the territory.
