NPN map has also been updated to reflect the current map situation and resolve missing NPNs from abandoned nations.

• Removed NPN labels from nations which currently occupy former NPNs
• Added missing NPN labels for Japan (AS27), USSR (RU26), South Africa (AF50), New Zealand (OC10), India (AS29) and Rocky Mountains (NA29).
