Per this post the SRA is building new 3 units of Fighters, 2 units of Bombers, and upgrading 6 units of Fighters. EDIT: Also ordered are 8 communications satellites.

Per this post the SRA is building 5 Advanced Social facilities in Territories 36, 35, 34, 33 and 32.

Forgot I said that I was going to uplift Germany last round. Starting that now. Aragon is now uplifting Germany to Tier 1, an ongoing investment of 10 industry for 4 rounds. The timeline for that (so that I remember more than anything) is as follows:

1974 - Declaration of intent, order scheduled
1975 - Schedule lapsed, order not placed on time
1976 - Order is placed (now)
1977 - Round 1
1978 - Round 2
1979 - Round 3
1980 - Round 4, completion

This defers 1 each of the ordered Armour (Upgrade), Fighters, and ASW Warships to the following round and cancels 1 ordered point of Industry.
