In this round, Korea attempted to deploy 8 visual recon satellites, 12 communications satellites, and 1 unmanned capsule.
18 65 27 27 83
34 6 24 34 83
88 26 97 97 92
4 9 99 64 96
85
Of eight visual recon sats, all launched successfully.
Of twelve communications satellites, six failed to launch.
One unmanned capsule successfully launched.

Korea continued its nuclear weapons research, rolling a 100. This immediately grants them nuclear weapons.

Victoria continued its nuclear weapons research, rolling an 80. When combined with the +10% odds from last round, the roll is unchanged from its result of a Major Breakthrough. This grants +10% odds to the next round of rolls.

Reminder: Nuclear research rolls are public OOC knowledge. This does not confer to IC knowledge of a nuclear weapons program for a particular nation. You must do recon in an effort to find out about somebody's nuclear weapons program.
