I'd like to claim EU24 for my nation. Me and Avalanche talked and decided that I should take over North Italy. Plus the diplo stuff that was going on before is no longer going on, so I'll just be beholden to a treaty I didn't strictly agree to. Which is fine, since I'd've agreed to it had I taken over beforehand.
