OOC: For this round, all NPNs will be open to discussion regarding trade deals. These trade deals are mostly fluff and do not confer a mechanical advantage. This spreadsheet shows all NPNs and their quarantine status - any NPN not in quarantine can be spoken to. In your posts, please specify which NPN you are speaking to. Beyond that, feel free to offer almost anything, but military aid, equipment, or access will not be allowed and is not part of this forum.

IC: With the recent conclusion of the Romanian Civil War and peace appearing to be on the horizon, Stockholm has once again opened its doors to the world in an international bid for cooperation and promoting mutual aid, this time to help the regional powers of the world attend a formalized trade forum. Hopes are high following 1958's conference, even more so when delegations from recently-cleared nations arrive and begin to fill the halls divided into neat regional rows for the larger powers of the world to attend to. Most anything economic based is on the table this year, with a strict limitation imposed by the Swedes and their horde of translators - no martial exchange or threats of coercion here.
